THAT will depend on your chamber - Haven't yet found a rifle with the 'undersized' chamber to be used for this practice - and .458 is groove diameter, by the way. .450 - .451 would be land diameter. Maybe he meant to use a land diameter bullet (.451) , patched up to bore diameter (.45" src="http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/glasses.gif"> ? Sounds more probable.
